At Choice Video Services we are constantly expanding and building on our Business Partner and referral Network. We can structure the relationship individually depending on what makes the most sense for you and what would provide the greatest benefit for both of our businesses. Here are a couple of common partnerships we establish and the benefits of each.

Basic Referral and Drop Off Services

Under this basic arrangement, your business would serve as a potential "Drop off" or "Pick-up" location for Choice Video Services' customers. In situations where we are not in the studio or your location is more conveniently located for the customer, we may suggest that our customers drop their order off at your place of business. We would establish regular weekly pickup times to collect orders and, of course, accommodate any special or rush requests that may come in. Your responsibility would be to simply receive the orders along with the customer contact information, and store them for pickup.

For this service, you would receive 10% of final invoice for every order handled in this fashion.

In addition, any referrals we receive from your business will be paid at a 10% commission based on final invoice price to the customer.

Under this type of partnership:

CHOICE VIDEO SERVICES will provide YOUR BUSINESS:

  1. Video services display rack and brochures for display in your store.
  2. Pickup orders once per week on pre-established day. Special pickups can be arranged based on customer lead-time requests.
  3. Monthly payment and statement for all drop off and referral projects completed the previous month (by the 10th business day of each month).
  4. Refer customers to YOUR BUSINESS when they are looking for products and services offered by YOUR BUSINESS.
  5. Monthly visits to review business relationship and any concerns with quality of service or process.

YOUR BUSINESS will provide CHOICE VIDEO SERVICES:

  1. Drop off and pick up location for Choice Video Services Customer orders. Record Customer name and contact information with every order.
  2. Display provided brochure rack and materials to advertise video services.
  3. Monthly meeting to review business relationship and any concerns with quality of service or process.

Benefits for you:

  • Increased traffic into your place of business.
  • "Free" referrals from us to you as a result of our paid advertising. We currently advertise in Yellow pages, Direct Mail, Newspaper, Internet, and through community involvement such as sport team sponsorships.
  • Increased revenue with little effort. Our average sale is near $200 and rising. That's an average of $20 right to your bottom line for every drop-off or referral you send our way!

Premier Dealer Location

Under this arrangement, your business would serve as an authorized dealer for Choice Video Services. In essence, you have instantly expanded your service offering to include all of the Video Services we provide. We would train you and your staff on our products and how to take orders. We provide all signage, brochures, and other marketing related materials. You take the order, collect payment from the customer; we pick them up, complete them, and deliver back to your store. We bill you on a monthly basis for the retail price minus a 20% premier dealer fee.

Under this type of partnership:

CHOICE VIDEO SERVICES will provide YOUR BUSINESS:

  1. A video services sign to display in the front window of your business so that your customers are aware of your expanded services.
  2. Video services display rack, brochures, and price lists to effectively advertise, receive, process, and properly invoice orders.
  3. Territory protection. Once established as a Premier Dealer, we will not pursue any additional dealers within a 5-mile radius of your location.
  4. Video services including DVD Transfer, DVD & CD Duplication, Tape duplication and conversion (audio and video), Video Tape repair, Home Movie Transfers, and Photo & Slide Keepsake Videos.
  5. Pickup orders once per week on pre-established day and return those orders within one week of pickup. Special arrangements may be made, subject to an additional charge.
  6. Monthly invoice for all services performed during the previous month less 20% Premier Dealer fee.
  7. Refer customers to YOUR BUSINESS when they are looking for products and services offered by YOUR BUSINESS.
  8. Monthly visits to review business relationship and any concerns with quality of service.

YOUR BUSINESS will provide CHOICE VIDEO SERVICES:

  • Video service orders to be filled including DVD Transfer, DVD & CD Duplication, Tape duplication and conversion (audio and video), Home Movie Transfers, Photo & Slide Keepsake Videos, and Video Tape Repair.
  • Accurate use of pricing sheets provided.
  • Display provided sign, brochure rack and materials to advertise video services.
  • Confidentiality of Choice Video Services price sheets, processes, and procedures.
  • Payment of monthly invoices within 2 weeks of invoice delivery.
  • Monthly meeting to review business relationship and any concerns with quality of service.
